given the fact that we have seen such RACIAL tension of late
It would take GREAT HUMILITY and Forgiveness to break This off
and change the course of HISTORY.
Now the Transition has been completed in SPIRIT we see Change
There is now a NEW CONGRESS BILL never ever before Given
